Training "Child Helpline – Providing Support to Beneficiaries” was held on May 29-30. It aimed to increase helpline operators’ knowledge about response and the management of calls from children and adults on behalf of the children.
The training was provided to the staff members of three child and youth advocacy centers and existing helpline operators in Georgia (SSA hotline (1505); State Fund for Protection and Assistance of (Statutory) Victims of Human Trafficking (116 006); Emergency and Operative Response Center (112)).
Training was delivered by Nafila Maani, Expert from Child Helpline International.
