The global objective of the program is to combat violence against children, in particular sexual violence, within the child’s circle of trust (family, school, etc.).

The program’s two specific objectives are:

  1. To improve the skills of children and their entourage to prevent, identify, access support and report violence, in particular sexual violence.
  2. To improve the quality of support for child victims of violence, in particular sexual violence.

Result 1 – Children’s awareness has been raised about violence, in particular sexual violence, enabling them to react and identify actors for their protection.

Result 2 – Children’s entourage are better informed and trained, and take action alongside children with the aim of guaranteeing increased protection.

Result 3 – Child victims of violence, in particular sexual violence, and their families benefit from multidisciplinary support (medical, psychosocial and legal) which is specialised, holistic and effective.

Result 4 – The media have had their awareness raised on the issue of violence against children, including sexual violence, and adopt a less stigmatising vision of victims which is respectful to the rights of children.
