Objectives of the Terms of Reference:

  1. Develop a training package on child friendly interviewing for professionals (Investigators, Prosecutors, Lawyers and Judges) working with children.
  2. Deliver trainings on child-friendly interviewing for selected groups of professionals - Investigators, Prosecutors, Lawyers and Judgeson theoretical and practical aspects of interviewing children victims/witnesses and in conflict with the law.

 

Results:

  •    A training package with separate modules for the three different groups of professionals
  •    179 trained professionals - investigators, prosecutors, lawyers, on child-friendly interviewing children victims/witnesses and in conflict with the law.
  •    Recommendations for the integration of training package into existing programs and proposals on potential trainers from the trained group of professionals.
