Objectives:

  • An effective response to Violence Against Children (VAC) through implementation of the Child Protection Referral Procedures (CPRP) focusing on the work of the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Culture and Sports, as well as the Crime Prevention Centre of the Ministry of Justice.
  • Influencing negative social norms on VAC through providing technical support to the C4SC campaign on VAC that will be initiated by UNICEF. 

 

Results:

  • CPRP implementation report and CPRP scheme
  • Report of the focus group meetings’ involving Hotline Operators
  • Guideline for the Hotline operators
  • Training curriculum and materials for Hotline operators
  • Trained 43 hotline operators (15 05 & 116 111) 
  • Report on existing internal CPRP procedures of the nine organizations subordinated to the Ministry of Culture and Sports
  • Training curriculum and materials of other agencies involved in CPRP
  • Trained 120 professionals/nominated staff members, including the focal points of the agencies involved in CPRC (MoES, CPC and MoC&S)
