Additionally, the Child Helpline extends its services to adults, including parents, professionals, and anyone seeking assistance with child-related issues. Calls are answered by trusted professionals who listen without judgment and offer help in resolving problems. Conversations are kept confidential, and callers have the option to remain anonymous or provide personal information such as name and contact details.
