Overall objective of the project:

Provide technical assistance to enhance the capacity of childhelpline employees to fulfil requirements of the childhelpline concept and employees’ competency framework.

Specific objectives:

1. Develop a training module for the childhelpline employees
2. Conduct in-depth specialization trainings for the child helpline employees
