Project Duration: November 2011– April 2013

Project goal:
• Raising awareness of new parents, nurses and public in general in the issues related to the rights of the child to be heard from birth, the right to health, safe upbringing and development, freedom from abuse and neglect.

Objectives:
• Educate nurses in protection of the rights of the child from birth in order to inform new parents how to ensure healthy and safe upbringing of the child;
• Inform public in protection of the rights of the child from early childhood.
